Placed an order over the phone. Was told 15 minutes. I get there in 20 my food is not ready. They got my name completely wrong( which is fine). Still the same order but it wasn’t ready. 40 minutes it took. And the guy complaining about you told me wrong name. Like that’s not even the issue. Told me to leave and my food wasn’t even all there. Asked for the gizzards I paid for already. And i get told never come back. Wow all because they didn’t have my order ready in time. An hour lunch break and 40 of it waiting. Terrible customer service.

Ok so I live in stl and I wanted a good snoot! I visited this spot and fell in love! We got a full rib 2 snoot sandwiches baked beans and potatoe salad. Every piece was DELICIOUS! I’ve been craving it ever since…. I will be in line on Thursday ♥️. I took my adult son and we were both impressed with the down home southern feel.. service was as great as the food!

This place was outstanding! This first great thing was our waitstaff Taylor. She was fun, attentive and efficient. The food was amazing! Great portions, flavor and prices. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. If you are looking for fine dinning, hit up the Bristol and pay outlandish prices for mediocre food and small portions…plus, you should dress nice. But if you are looking for excellent seafood in a relaxed atmosphere with great staff and wear whatever you want…Crazy Crab is where it’s at!!! We will DEFINITELY be back here and will bring our friends!

I base this on our server!! She racially profiled us from out the gate. Little did she know there was 3 servers in our party of6. We had to get up and go to the counter to ask for refill. She then got a nasty attitude and told another server ” you can have them” The next young lady was great. And was tipped nicely. The food is OK.. The decor is nice. But the manager on duty was very interested in the issue with the server, so we will spend elsewhere.

Really nice restaurant inside the Crossroads Hotel. Upscale casual with good drinks. The menu is some pasta with steak and seafood. The strip streak was one of the better streaks I’ve ever had anywhere.

The food was good, not great. The ‘service’ was HORRIBLE. Walked in with no one else waiting. Woman at the counter couldn’t be bothered to look at us much less seat us. Someone else came over to seat us but the woman told him NOT to seat us in a booth. The customer who came in right after us was, however, able to sit in the booth we were denied. Everyone around us was helped by wait staff while we waited for about 10 minutes. Finally, someone from the bar, who was clearly not a waiter, had to come over and help us when no one else would. Not sure if we were just ugly or what but from the time we walked in it was clear we weren’t wanted. Would love to say I’d go back for the food but it’s not worth the way we were treated. Good luck to anyone who wants to try this place for the first time. 😀
