Worst donators ever!!! Can’t get order right. Never answer the phones. Employees rude when I drove there. Especially assistant manager on duty yesterday. Had to call corporate for help. After 30 years will never eat there again.

My family typically loves Red Robin, but this one was not good. It wasn’t busy at all, but the service was horrible. Our table asked about 3 times for napkins and they were brought at the end of our meal by another staff member that we had to grab as they were walking past our table. Our waitress never came back after our food was delivered to ask us about refills for drinks or fries, except at the end of the meal to give out boxes. The buns for the burgers were a bit stale, and the table was sticky as were the menus and tablet. The bathrooms were also not taken care of very well.We waited for about 10 minutes to pay our bill as our waitress was no where to be found. We then realized she was sitting at a table with other employees all on their phones. Finally, we decided to pay on the tablet which did not offer our table to split the bill. I completely understand that the service industry is going through a difficult time due to staffing shortages. However, a little more care into the overall cleanliness amd attentiveness to service would make this place better!
