My sister and I go to the biannual Hallmark convention regularly. This was a new addition to the food court. The pizza was so great we went back TWICE. best of all, the wait staff was so polite.

Wonderful service and excellent food. One of the best HH’s in town! Love the stuffed zucchini and house salad – delicious.

This visit had us for lunch, because we wanted to see the Freight House.

Owing to our last visit to the Overland Park Jack Stack, we knew we would be in store for some great food, and this visit did not disappoint!

Our server was Grace. She was very attentive, and very professional with our service. She had good recommendations, while still letting us make our own decisions.

The food was absolutely wonderful, as was the atmosphere. This place is amazing! Equally wonderful was Luke, the on-duty manager. He answered many questions about the place, as also showing us the event room.

This is going to be one of our top spots to eat in KC. And yes, we will be visiting the area at least once a year, if not more.

Sadly the experience we had was not the best. Our server was friendly but not very efficient. The entrees seemed to be under seasoned and needed salt. Since there was no salt provided on the table and our server did not check back after delivering our entrees, we were left to muddle through it…

We have been countless times with everything being excellent.

It’s a Nice urban industrial atmosphere at Lidia’s as well.

I’m only giving this place a 4 because we received excellent service. The bottomless mimosas were refilled before we could even finish them. The food here is pretty mediocre. The fried chicken and biscuit was decent though.

Always a great place to have lunch!

Anytime we visit Union Station, we end up at Fritz’s for lunch.

My daughter is almost 23, and she still gets so excited about going. She loves it, and I love seeing that little kid look of glee on her face when I tell her we’re going to Fritz’s.
